Digital Creativity 1.0

Ryerson University’s Department of Architectural Science and Department of Athletics host a 4-day program that introduces campers to design software.

Campers learn the fundamentals of 2D graphics software, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, through a range of creative projects. Each camper gets to keep their projects at the end of their camp week.

This program features time for recreational activities, including use of the Recreation and Athletic Centre gyms, studios, and other spaces.

Digital Creativity 2.0

Ryerson University’s Department of Architectural Science and Department of Athletics host a week-long program that provides a foundational background in design software and digital fabrication.

Each day students expand their portfolio of digital design skills through creative exercises including:

  • Photo editing and creating montages
  • Vector illustration and graphic design
  • Digital publishing
  • Layout poster design
  • Laser cutting and raster burning
